What is your favourite thing about wakeboarding? Riding Hard and Going Big. I love the people that you meet and I really really love coaching!
Favourite Rider: I really like Amber Wings style of riding, and obviously all the girls from this website. For guys: I really like Keith Lyman because he goes soooooo big.
Favourite Trick: Batwing and Off-Axis Spins: Obviously all the tricks I can’t do and am jealous of. Style too is really cool, nothing looks better than a Huge poked out grab

2007: 5th place at Canadian Nationals – Womens Open
2nd Place at Canadian Nationals – Women’s II
3rd Place at Provinicals
What are your goals for 2008 riding season? Get my scarecrow down, Learn how to spin, improve my rail riding and find some style somewhere in this awkward body of mine
What are some of your thoughts on female wakeboarding at the pro level? I think that it is hard for female pro wakeboarders. Sponsorship opportunities are lacking for girls and it is difficult to pursue it unless you are the top. Working your way up to the top is the tough part without much support, its tough to make a living.
How do you feel about the Canadian female wakeboard scene?? Canadian Girls kind of came to a stand still a couple years ago. It has been the same girls competing, especially in Ontario since I started. We need more girls to step it up and push the sport, come out to competitions and start riding more. It is tough in Canada with only about 3 months to wakeboard every year. It always seems that by the time I have all my tricks back and I am working n some new stuff its time for winter again. I went to Florida this year for a little bit with Ally, and we went to visit Leslie at the Projects. Even that little bit of wakeboarding in the winter helped and I can only imagine you got to wakeboard and practice all year round.
What are your future plans with wakeboarding? I really like the coaching aspect and enjoy the few couple competitions. I would love to keep wakeboarding as long as I can and as long as it is still fun!
Craziest thing you have ever done? I compressed a couple of my vertebrae a few years back, which set me back physically and mentally for a while. It was on a toeside backroll and I totally under-rotated. This year it was some pretty harsh shin splits from the impact of landing out in the flats. . . . but serisouly going smaller isn’t an option
Props to anyone? Props to all girl wakeboarders, it will make you one tough cookie. Props to all the girls involved in this site, I know we all had a lot of input into it and also for inspiring me, supporting me and just getting me stoked to ride with any of you. Props to all the girls reading this site, who love to wakeboardà Get out there and ride as much as possible, find a good group of people to ride with, but also try riding with different people who push you in different ways.
