Seasons Competing: None yet!

Places you have traveled to for wakeskating? All the cables in the UK, South Africa

Where is your riding crew based out of? Box End Park and occasional winching with the Dirty South crew.

What is your favourite thing about wakeskating? The freedom, the buzz, the people, the challenge :)

Where is your absolute favourite place to ride? Box End Park, UK

Favourite Rider: Ollie Moore, Stef Tor, Reed Hanson, Reed Watson.

Favourite Animal: ‘Shuvit’  my pet duck

Power Animal: Panther!

Favourite Trick: On obstacles: Hip transfer (poked).   On flats: FS shuv

Favourite Music: Depends on the mood :)

What are some of your best results? Helping with developing the successful ladies mornings at Box End Park supported by Wide-A-Wake and 2 Seasons.  In my role as a School Sport Co-ordinator I have set up and run a number of skateboard clubs in local schools supported by Sports Unlimited and Action Sports in Schools (ASIS) and organised school trips to the cable to promote the sport to young people.  I pushed the idea of a skate morning at the cable;  The Box End Park Dawn Raid was the result and it welcomes top skaters as well as beginners to shred it up on flat waters in the early hours of the morning, BLISS!

What are your goals for 2010 riding season? To keep having fun and improving my own riding on cable and boat.  To keep promoting the sport as much as I can.

What are some of your thoughts on female wakeskating at the pro level? The female wakeskating scene is progressively growing as there are more and more girls being recognised for pushing the boundaries on boat and on cable.  It would be awesome to see more female wakeskate categories in local and big comps in the future and more females being recognised by sponsors to help push the sport to the next level.

What are your future plans with wakeskating? There has been random chats with Wide-A-Wake to develop ladies skate mornings/coaching sessions in the future.

What is the steeziest trick you have ever seen? Cable:  Drew White’s transfer 360 to A frame on a skate!  Ollie Moore’s huge wake to wake big spin! Siiiick.

Craziest thing you have ever done? There are too many to mention! EEK.

Props to anyone? To all of the guys at Box End Park,  to my lovely fella Justin :) to Russ and Justin who are always welcoming to my ideas, The dirty south crew and the Hannam’s for the winching experiences and hospitality, to Think Tank Wakeskate Jam for an awesome event, to Alliance mag for their awesome photo’s and articles, to Sarah at Wide-A-Wake for being totally inspirational and to my pet duck shuvit!
