This summer throwitdown.com is proud to announce our 2nd annual TID Girls only Wakeboard and Wakeskate Tour, now not only across Ontario, but throughout BC, Saskatchewan and Quebec!

These clinics are taught by the top pro riders in Canada with one goal in mind: Bringing girls of all ages and abilities together. Our clinics provide a fun, enthusiastic, learning environment used to introduce girls to the sport of wakeboarding and help lady shredders out there to step up their game, from learning their first air to landing that first tantrum.

We also combine our clinics, with photography, videography, and yoga stretching to add to the experience. TID clinics also allow the girls to expand beyond wakeboarding and become part of a community of international female wakeboards. Throwitdown.com’s interactive design allows riders, students and supporters to communicate with each other via TID forums, post comments and photo comments ultimately learing about wakeboaridng all over the globe!

At the end of each clinic each girl is provided with a goody bag full of product from Ripcurl, professional photos of their riding and will also be included in the TID clinic video. The girls also have a chance to demo female specific gear from Liquid Force, vests from Rip Curl and not to mention a full day of riding behind a mint wakeboard boat!

Clinic Overview:

The TID Girls Wake Clinic tour includes a variety of stops that vary from one day clinics to week long camps. Each clinic is limited to seven available spots per day so that each girl gets the most out of their riding time. That also means they fill up, so make sure you register right away!

For those of you who have never tried wakeboarding before, never fear! These clinics are the perfect laid back atmosphere to learn how to ride. If you’re looking to get some air, clear your first wake, learn some 180s, inverts, or dial that trick you have been stuck on for awhile, come on out and get that professional instruction you need to stomp that trick!! Plus, who doesn’t like hanging out in a boat full of cool girls who are all there to shred, pump up the tunes, do a little dance and slap some high fives!?

SIDEBAR INFORMATION for CANADIAN CLINICS

A Typical Day on the water in Ontario 9am – 5pm includes:

3 – 4 sets each, a ton of water time!
A yoga warm up in the morning to get your muscles ready to ride
Choose from wakeboarding, wakeskating and wakesurfing
Professional photography and videography which will be available online on our website
Wakeboard demos will be done by your professional coach
Goodie Bags with cool stuff from Rip Curl, Vitamin Water, Kiss My Face and Liquid Force! (sponsors will vary in different provinces and states)

Each stop is limited to 7 riders, first come first serve. Both registration forms and down payments are required to pre-register.

Pricing

Although we pride ourselves on being the least expensive girls’ clinic running in Ontario, we want to provide our students with an opportunity to save more money. Our customer loyalty program states that if you bring a friend to a clinic with you, you will save $25.00 off of your clinic fee!

Registration Steps:

Please fill out this form and email it back to info@throwitdown.ca (new email soon)
Please make the $50 Deposit via Mastercard and Visa or Paypal which will be requested after your form is submitted.
A gaurdian signed waiver if you are under 18 (link to waiver) BRING it to the clinic.

* Please note that if you wish to pay for the full clinic with Visa/Mastercard or paypal you need to make your payment before the clinic date. It will be CASH ONLY the day of the clinic

What to Bring:

Water is a MUST, it gets very hot out on the lake
A bagged lunch and snacks for the boat
Sunscreen, sunglasses & a hat!
Bathing suit and board shorts
A waiver signed by your legal guardian if you are under 18
Cold weather & rain gear (just in case!)
Your own personal wakeboard if you would like to bring it
Smiles and ready to rip!
